For instance if you are planning to go to east then you should try to eat and sleep at least a couple of hours earlier than usual. Whereas if you are headed west then you should try and stay up late and take your meals at least two hours late. You should also make sure that you get a considerable amount of sleep before your flight so that you can be fresh and energetic during your travel.
You also need to make sure that when you land at your desired location then you don’t get too busy right away. You must take out some time to relax and comfort yourself. However, if you land in the morning or afternoon then you shouldn’t take a nap no matter how tied you are because your main goal must be to get a minimum of 8 hours of healthy sleep at night. You should also try to avoid caffeinated drinks and beverages during your travel and especially stay away from alcohol as the impact of alcohol is three times stronger on a plane.

You should try to stay as hydrated as possible during the flight and even after flight.
